We have been celebrating the Platinum Jubilee in style.
On Thursday 26th May, we all dressed in red, white and blue. Our very own 'street party' then started at lunchtime.
A special lunch of hotdog & chips was on the menu, followed by a crown biscuit.
After lunch the children enjoyed an arts & crafts afternoon making jubilee souvenirs.
Our whole school community wishes Her Majesty The Queen a very happy Platinum Jubilee.

We at Wallington Primary Academy are pleased and excited to be able to celebrate our amazing success with our Y2 (December 2020) Phonics screening check results this year.
Both the children and staff at WPA have been working hard to continuously raise the standards in early reading and this is evident from the results we achieved.
We have been working alongside the Wandle English Hub and have been awarded a certificate as one of their highest performing Partner Schools.
As a special gift they have created a congratulatory book bundle worth £100.
We would like to say a huge well done to our marvellous Year 2 children and staff for all their hard work, this is something to be proud of!
We will keep working hard alongside our community to make sure our future Y1 phonics results continue to soar.
